Support role inside Adelphi's Bridges To Adelphi program, which serves students on the autism spectrum. Built the scheduling substrate the team uses to pair students with mentors each week.

The program
Bridges To Adelphi is the program that serves Adelphi students on the autism spectrum. It runs on a dense weekly schedule of mentor meetings, and the scheduling logistics were the piece I got brought in to fix.

What I built
I designed semi-automated scheduling systems using Google Sheets automation. It took the manual guesswork out of weekly mentor pairings and made the availability data easier to read at a glance, so the team was not starting from scratch each week.

Working with leadership
Beyond the tools, I partnered with program leadership to analyze availability data and propose scheduling improvements grounded in what the data actually showed. That part was less technical and more about being a useful extra set of eyes on something they did not always have time to dig into.
